Name or initials
Bathrobe Depot can provide you with a simple embroidery service for an additional charge of $7.99 for up to 11 characters. This price allows you to have the default placement, which is over the left side of the chest area for robes, and on the bottom right hand corner where the wrap overlaps for body wraps. If you wish to have additional lines, there will be an additional charge of $3.00.
In the event that you would like to have embroidery on the back of your bathrobe, there is an additional charge of $11.99. Additional lines will have an added charge of $4.00 per line. We are able to offer embroidery on Velcro slippers only.
When wanting a three initial monogram, it is standard for the middle letter to be the surname or family name. For example, Taylor Kay Smith would be TSK. For your convenience, all monograms will be applied according to the way you entered them on your initial order.
We do offer business and organization logo placement on special orders. However, prices for logo placement will vary. There is an initial setup fee for first time logo orders, and these fees will vary among logos. The set up fee is to allow our embroidery department to design a sample logo without it being applied to future purchases.
Process Time For Embroidery
Orders that require embroidery will take 2 to 5 business days to process. This will not include transit time. We do have a rush service which is an additional $5.00 per item. This fee will expedite the embroidery process time to 1 to 2 business days. For logo orders, there is a 7 to 10 day process time.
Cancellations or Other Adjustments
Because embroidery items are specially customized, we are unable to offer a return or exchange on these items. If for any reason you have made a mistake when entering your order, then you will need to cancel the order and redo it with the correct text before 12 pm PST or within 20 minutes of placing the order. We will not take requests for modifications by email. No adjustments or cancellations will be accepted once the item is in the process of being embroidered or shipped.
